After-sales Service

1, If any product arrives to customer damaged or incorrect, please contact our customers service team (support@lanmodo.com) to get repair.

2, Lanmodo provides 1 year warranty for all products, if customers get any question or problems, please contact us at support@lanmodo.com.

3, Lanmodo offers returns within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

Policy for Return & Refund

1, Within 15 days of receipt, if you don't want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us and ask for a refund. Please be aware that the return transportation cost will be afforded by you. Before you arrange your return package, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) at: support@lanmodo.com.

2, For return package, please arrange by EMS. Please note that we only accept EMS.

3, The items should be returned to correct address as instructed. If the products are returned to wrong address, we will keep the right to refuse refund due to not receive returned products.

4, All returned goods will be inspected for functions, damage and authenticity upon receipt.

   1) If returned goods with an RMA and in its original condition without any damage or dirty, we can offer a full refund of the item(s).

   2) If returned goods without an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

   3) If returned goods with an RMA but in bad condition with incomplete functionality, we will do part refund according to damage percentage.
