Return&Warranty Policy

After-sales Service

We check and test each product before shipping out, and do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time, and in good condition.If any product arrives to customer damaged or incorrect, please contact our customers service team (support@lanmodo.com), we will provide timely after-sale service.

Return & Refund

We are glad to receive positive feedback from customers,but if you decide not to use the product, please indicate your intent to return within 15 days of purchase.See details below.

1.You can indicate your intent to return within 15 days of receiving the product, providing the product remains unused and in their original packaging. Please note that returned item that is either used or not in their original packaging may not be accepted.

2.Before you arrange your return package, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) at: support@lanmodo.com.
Return Goods with RMA
1) If returned goods with an RMA and in its original condition without any damage or dirty, we can offer a full refund of the item(s).
2) If returned goods without an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
3) If returned goods with an RMA but in bad condition with incomplete functionality, we will do partial refund according to damage situation.

3. For product returns, please arrange by EMS. Please note that we only accept EMS.

4. The items should be returned to correct address as instructed. If the products are returned to wrong address, we will keep the right to refuse refund due to not receive returned products.

5. All returned goods will be inspected for functions, damage and authenticity upon receipt.

6. Return Address
Please contact Lanmodo Support Team at support@lanmodo.com to get the correct return address.

7. Refund Methods
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. Generally, the amount will be returned back through the original payment methods in 7-15 working days after receiving the returned package. For more details, please contact Lanmodo Support Team at support@lanmodo.com.

8. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking will be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Cancel Order

If the customer wants to cancel the order, place notify us before shipment through email to support@lanmodo.com. Otherwise, the order package will be arranged normally.

Lanmodo Limited Warranty

1.Lanmodo provides a Limited Warranty of 1 year upon purchasing the product. The warranty assures the buyer that the product is free from any manufacturing defects.

2.If there are missing items or items damaged during shipping process, please contact us directly, we will provide timely assistance.

3.The limited warranty only applies to Lanmodo brand products that are used normally in accordance with Lanmodo's published guidelines.

4.This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, and accidents.

5. Please note that warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
